Established in 2013 as Ltd, we have experience in chasing rent, serving notices, reconciling accounts and dealing with late rent payers, among other things. MTR can take the hassle out of hassling your tenants for their rent and also has the experience to deal with any of your administration!

MyTenantFind - From £225/tenant + VAT
Are you a local landlord but can't find the time to conduct viewings or need help advertising your property. Let us do it for you. We can do all the paperwork - you just do the move in!

MyTenantFind PLUS - £295/tenant + VAT

Do you manage your property from afar? No problem! We can advertise and sign up new tenants for you, as well as completing all paperwork, AND the move in process. You also receive a free HD photo inventory with this option.

Full Management Available For Just 10% + VAT

(HMO licensable properties (5+ beds) - 12% + VAT)

  • Your property advertised on Rightmove, Rightmove Students, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and various other portals!
  • Viewings conducted
  • Deposits taken, protected and provisional information given to tenants
  • Contracts drawn up, guarantors referenced and deeds signed
  • Inventory completed - HD Photo and report
  • Risk-assessments completed where applicable
  • Check-in with tenants, with all documentation provided
  • Mid-term property reviews throughout the tenancy
  • Receipt of rent payments
  • Arrangement of maintenance, payment of invoices through rental income with no arrangement fee (with tenants in situ)
  • Provision of section 21 notices and others where necessary
  • Checkout inspection
  • Deposit negotiation and return at end of tenancy
  • £100 + VAT let fee on any new let/renewal
  • Any required council licences with MTR as the licence holder - £100 + VAT (not including the licence fee)

Full Management with Bills Management - 12% + VAT

(HMO Licensable properties (5+ beds) - 14% + VAT)

(includes Virgin Business, cheapest supplier for gas/elec changed annually)

  • Everything including within standard full management AND
  • We set your property up on Virgin Business broadband, and set up the property on the cheapest supplier for the year (changed annually)
  • We manage and pay your bills on your behalf, and manage any overspends on allowances
  • We manage any issues with suppliers including broadband/gas/elec/water
  • Arrange for smart meters to be installed at the property where possible
  • Organise top ups for any prepayment meters installed at the property

When we say Full Management - we mean Full Management. No Hidden Costs of Fees!



Viewings and Referencing/AST Signing - £195/per tenant + VAT

Don’t have time for the viewings or paperwork but can do your own marketing and management? Let us do the viewings for you and get them all signed up ready for you to do the move in!

Project Management & Property Improvement works – 10% + VAT of the gross spend

Doing up a property but don’t have time to manage contractors effectively? Let us do it for you! Additionally, we only ask that you give us full management when it’s complete!

Rent Collection Only - From 5% + VAT
If you are struggling keeping up with tenant late payments, let us collect for you. All administration included and late rent payers chased.

Serving of Notices - £50 + VAT

If you require us to service a notice of eviction and accompanying letter to your tenant, this can be done for £50 + VAT per notice (Section 21, Section 8 etc). We also provide video evidence of service to the property.

HMO Licence Applications - £100 + VAT (if fully managed), £200 + VAT (if not managed)

Don't know how to or have the time to apply for your own licence? Don't want to be the licence holder? We can apply on your behalf. Please note the licence fees payable to the council are still payable by the owner/landlord of the property.
