Are you a local landlord but can't find the time to conduct viewings or need help advertising your property. Let us do it for you. We can do all the paperwork - you just do the move in!

MyTenantFind PLUS - £295/tenant + VAT

Do you manage your property from afar? No problem! We can advertise and sign up new tenants for you, as well as completing all paperwork, AND the move in process. You also receive a free HD photo inventory with this option.

Admin Support - Based On An Hourly Rate
Are you managing your own properties but require administration support from someone with experience and knowledge about property and lettings - call us!

Serving of Notices - £50 + VAT

If you require us to service a notice of eviction and accompanying letter to your tenant, this can be done for £50 + VAT (Section 21, Section 8 etc). Any additional eviction work can be completed at a cost of £50/hr.

Full Management Available For Just 10% + VAT
