Our in-house clients who have properties managed or has tenant-finds by MTR have first refusal on all of our properties for sale (incurring a buyer's fee of 1.5% + VAT of the sale price), however, we will register your interest if you are not currently a client and the house remains available further down the line.
We offer a competitive rate of 1.5% + VAT for any property sold and we market both in-house via our website and direct client contacts.
If we do not get your property gone within an exclusive 12 week period to our in-house clients, we will offer it to other outside contacts or we will hand your property back to you with no commission or fees due. No sale – no fee!
